HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Making a return is easy! MeganKyle Inc. has a 14 day money back return policy. Items must be returned in original unworn condition with original tags attached and accompanied by original receipt in order to qualify for a refund. Simply follow the instructions below. Please note custom orders are non-refundable.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of delivery confirmation for a full refund or exchange for item of equal value. Just make sure you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us – info@megankyle.com
- Refund will be given in the original form of payment, or exchange for another item.
- If item received was different than item ordered MeganKyle Inc. will replace it with the correct item.
- Please note that due to natural variations in semi-precious stones, every MeganKyle piece is unique. Elements of the piece you receive may vary slightly in shape, size or colour from the sample pictured on our website.
- If item is flawed or breaks with minimal wear within 14 days of purchase we will repair or replace with same item. Please note, this warranty does not cover any mistreatment of the jewellery or general wear and tear.
a. Wear and Tear: Scratches on metal, and/or metal plating disappearing or changing.
b. Mistreatment: Broken and/or chipped stones, pendants or rings caused by the jewellery being dropped or knocked.
- MeganKyle Inc. will inspect and verify the condition of all returned items upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of MeganKyle Inc.
- We will make every effort to resolve the issue within 14 working days (once we have received the item in question).
- Returns may take up to 7 business days from the date received to process. Allow up to 10 business days from the date received for any return credit to appear.
- MeganKyle will refund the entire purchase price less shipping, handling and insurance charges using the original means of payment only.
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
SHIPPING RETURNS & REPAIRS
- Please package your return with care. Package all items securely in the original packaging if possible to avoid damage in transit. Include proof of purchase, return address and any special instructions with your shipment.
- DO NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewellery as this invites theft.
- When returning items you are responsible for shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using a shipping service such as XpressPost within Canada; better to track your shipment and send the package via overnight express. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives.
