DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM TO VIEW THE JEWELLERY?

MeganKyle does not have a showroom that is open to the public. If you are interested in viewing our collections for purchase at wholesale pricing please visit our contact page to drop us a note of inquiry.

WHERE CAN I VIEW YOUR WHOLESALE PRICING?

MeganKyle collections are available at wholesale prices to vendors operating as a licensed business.  Please send us your inquiry at our contact page and we will be happy to provide you our wholesale prices.

CAN I HAVE MY JEWELLERY DELIVERED TODAY?

MeganKyle is not able to offer this service. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated shipping and delivery timeframes.

CAN I COLLECT MY JEWELLERY INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED?

MeganKyle’s distribution centre is not open to the public, therefore this service is not available. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship orders to Canada, USA and International destinations using our website shipping option.  For specific inquiries on shipping not covered in our Shipping & Delivery page please contact  us using info@megankyle.com.  

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR JEWELLERY FROM?

We are currently expanding our retail base and will update the site regularly. To buy our products online visit our Online Store.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diner’s Club and PayPal on our Online Store.

HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER/PROMO CODE?

If you have voucher/promo code to use, you simply need to enter it into the “voucher code” field at the checkout stage of your order. Your order total will then take the voucher amount into account and you will only need to make payment for the remaining balance if necessary.  Our checkout system only allows one promo code or voucher per order.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind purchases on custom orders and are unable to refund or exchange your order once it is placed.  For all other returns please see our Returns Policy for more info. 

WHERE CAN I GET MY PRODUCT REPAIRED?

ARE THE PRODUCTS PICTURED THE ACTUAL SIZE?

As there are variations in computer monitor sizes, it is not possible to show the actual size of a product on the internet. We do however, provide the measurements of each product as accurately as possible.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR JEWELLERY?

MeganKyle uses real Freshwater, Tahitian and South Sea pearls, semi-precious gemstones, natural crystals, cubic zirconia, magnets, sterling silver, rhodium, gold, gold plating and stainless steel in our product. Please see our Product Info page for more info. 

WHERE IS YOUR PRODUCT MADE?

MeganKyle sources its gemstones and pearls from all around the world. We are proud to support global artisans in our efforts to create jewellery with influences from diverse cultures. Our team of professional and highly skilled jewellers in China hand-make our high quality pearl and gemstone product. Some high-fashion pieces from the collections are also made in Tibet, Thailand and jewellery production houses in China.  Our Candra Collection is designed in Canada and produced in a small design house in Bali supporting Indonesian artisans and local charities. We also source .925 pieces from Mexico. The MeganKyle design team visits our production houses several times a year to ensure there are good working conditions maintained and our high quality standards continue to be achieved.  

WHY DOES SILVER TARNISH?

Over a period of time silver jewellery starts to show changes in colour and turns a yellowish tint to deep yellow and even black. This is the tarnishing of silver and is a natural process. This is caused by the silver coming in contact with the sulfur in the air.

WHAT IS RHODIUM PLATING?

Some of our silver and base metal jewellery elements are rhodium plated. Rhodium is a precious metal and a member of the platinum family. We plate some of our sterling silver jewellery elements with rhodium to give each piece a very expensive white reflective look that is nearly identical to platinum jewelry. The rhodium plating also helps the silver pieces resist scratching and it protects the pieces from natural tarnishing.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RHODIUM PLATED SILVER JEWELLERY?

Clean your rhodium plated silver jewellery with a 100% cotton cloth or a special sterling silver cleaning cloth or very soft bristle brush. Never use any chemicals on your rhodium plated silver items and don't use polishing cloths that are intended for use on uncoated silver or for gold jewelry. Also, don't place your rhodium plated silver jewellery in an ultrasonic cleaner and never use abrasives or silver dips of any kind or any ammonia based product.

It is important to be aware that the rhodium plating does not last forever. The plating can wear away depending on how frequently the rhodium plated silver piece comes in contact with your skin or other elements.

DOES YOUR SILVER CONTAIN ANY NICKEL?

All our silver is guaranteed to be free of nickel.
